Weight Loss

In general my belief on weight loss is that the food, nutrition, diet and exercise are secondary.  The primary issues are emotion, stress and stuck energy (on a deeper level these are all synonymous).  Take a look at the videos for an explanation on how BARR can help and a free release on weight loss.

Now, if we go along the lines that the issues are emotional and stem from stress and trauma, that means it can be fixed from the inside out.  Or at least we can start that way.  What I noticed is that it's not that people don't want to do the diets and exercise, it's that they simply can't.  They actually, physiologically, emotionally and spiritually can't stick to them and most importantly, it's not their fault!

If we get rid of the emotional and stressful blocks through something like emotional releasing and other methods that will help support it, we can begin to gain control of ourselves.  After all, isn't the issue simply the fact that you are out of control?

You are and for good reason (but that's also a blog post you should go read)!  And so now it's time to take back the power.  It's a power you likely don't remember having.  And once you start to taste it, you realize it's true freedom.  You can choose to like something and dislike something.  You can choose to enjoy an apple after dinner as much as you used to enjoy that pint of ice cream.

So what can we release exactly?  Poor eating habits, urges and cravings, core beliefs about ourselves/bodies/potentialities, emotional trauma about food, our weight and then other issues that are entangled with all of it.
